Pink Lemonade (vegan)
Refrigerate between 3-5 degrees Celsius – shelf life 2 weeks – can be frozen
Shake Well – separation is natural
Traditionally pink lemonade is supposed to be made with cranberries but I decided to move away from this tart combination by using strawberries and raspberries instead. The freshly squeezed lemon juice is rich in vitamin-C while the berries are rich in anti-oxidants.
cocktail suggestion: Add crushed ice and pink gin or vodka.
