This crunchy, caramel butterscotch is smothered in Belgian chocolate and sprinkled with crushed toasted pecans and walnuts. Its pale gold centre and signature gold wrapping inspired Karen to give it its unique name, ‘Ormolu’, which is the delicate, pale gold gilding characteristic of Louis XIVth décor.
