FISHMONGER: Sea Bass Portions (500g)

Cook in a pan: add butter and oil into a pan on a low to medium heat. Place your fillets skin side down and fry for 3-4 minutes until the skin is nice and crispy. Turn the fish over and sear for a further 1-2 minutes. Season to taste and enjoy.

Oven cook: Pre heat your oven to 180c and place some greaseproof paper on your oven dish. lightly sprinkle with oil and butter and add your fillets. Season to taste and pop in the oven for 10-12 minutes or until piping hot.
