Karen Schneid, wife to David, mom of Saffron and Scarlett and founder of Ooh La La Confectionery! Ooh La La outgrew her family kitchen, and they moved to a factory designed by her husband on her farm style property.

Ooh La La is proud to have won numerous awards: they were voted best confectionery for Eat Out magazine and have won numerous awards from the Great Taste Awards in Britain, known as the Oscars of the food industry.

A Spanish delicacy for centuries, Turron is made by select confectioners, usually only at Christmas time in Spain. Ooh La La has created its version of the Spanish Turron following the ancient tradition of  combining the finest blanched almonds with raw, locally sourced orange blossom honey and whole Madagascan vanilla beans.
