So what exactly IS a a Buddha Bowl? Buddha Bowls are mostly made up of healthy grains, raw or cooked veggies, a healthy fat (a protein like egg or chicken is optional) and a whole bunch of greens – clean eating at it’s finest, and essentially a really well balanced meal in, well, a bowl!
